Apprenticeship in Customer Service - Andrew Bristow
Andrew has found his professional Mecca in the Bingo halls. After deciding to take charge of his life and get qualifications that would help drive forward his career, Andrew began his Apprenticeship in Customer Service at Mecca Bingo.
After many months of hard work as a Customer Service Assistant, Andrew proved himself as a diligent worker and was promoted to Supervisor.
Andrew identified income, staff development and team work as the key areas for improvement. He recognised that encouraging and developing staff was particularly important as without this the business would not function as effectively.
Andrew has enjoyed rising to the challenge of completing his Apprenticeship and proving himself and is delighted to now be mentoring and helping other students do the same.
