Active Leisure and Learning Apprenticeship - Recreation and Travel
Apprentices need to be physically fit and interested in sports and dealing with the public. You’ll learn the skills you need to work in jobs such as coach, group leader, assistant manager or administrator.
This sector makes a big contribution to health, education, social inclusion, regeneration, combating crime, personal and social development, neighbourhood renewal and childcare.
The Skills Council for this sector is SkillsActive, which covers sport, recreation, children's play, health and fitness, outdoor education, training, caravans, recreation and adventure. For more information, visit: www.skillsactive.com
