Bakery Apprenticeship - Food and Drink
Apprentices learn how to maintain a safe and hygienic environment and learn about production control, product efficiency and quality, customer service and management.
The Skills Council for this sector is called Improve and covers all areas of the food and drink manufacturing and processing industry including, craft bakery, meat and poultry, dairy and general food and drink. For more information, visit: www.improveltd.co.uk
