2007 Best Practice Guide – What makes Apprenticeships so rewarding?

Those who are passionate about Apprenticeships will know that the programme is about much more than the qualifications apprentices gain. Apprenticeships make a real difference to individuals, employers and their communities.

To recognise the high calibre of entries for the 2007 Employer of the Year Awards, the Learning and Skills Council launched a Best Practice Guide which contains a wealth of inspiring case studies that clearly illustrate what can be achieved when committed employers work with training providers to develop excellence in a fresh and innovative way.
