You’ve sent your application. It will be read and reviewed. A shortlist of candidates will be put forward for interview.
How do I... track the progress of my applications?
Check for progress updates
Check your home page regularly for progress updates. You can track the progress of your applications through 'Manage applications' on My home page. If your application progresses to an interview or assessment, you’ll be contacted by the learning provider or employer.
Don't forget that all vacancies have a closing date, so it's possible that you won't hear anything until after this date. If you want to follow up your application after this date, then you'll need to get in touch with the named contact on the vacancy.
If you’re applying directly through an employer’s website, they’ll contact you directly by phone, post or email. These applications will not be shown on Apprenticeship vacancies.
Updating your application
Once you’ve sent an application, to make any changes to it, for example to update contact information, you'll need to get in touch with the named contact on the vacancy.
Don’t use 'Withdraw application' as a way of updating your application. You cannot automatically reapply if you withdraw.
Successful applications
If you’re offered an Apprenticeship and you accept it, please withdraw any outstanding applications so other candidates can be considered.

Unsuccessful this time? >>
If you're not successful with your application, keep applying and don't take it personally. Competition can be strong for Apprenticeships in certain sectors. There are plenty of Apprenticeship opportunities being added to the system all of the time. Don't limit yourself to one application.
