Employment Related Services

This Advanced Level Apprenticeship supports those who help people looking for employment. You will work for an employment service provider such as Recruitment Agencies, Schools and Colleges delivering careers advice, Prison Resettlement teams, Armed Forces Resettlement teams and deliverers of Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) services.

As a Personal Adviser or Job Coach you would be responsible for working one to one with individuals to identify needs, strengths/weaknesses and job/career aspirations in order to help achieve a positive employment outcome; or development plan leading to a positive employment outcome.

Where as, being a Job Broker or Employer Engagement apprentice, you would be responsible for employer liaison, generating opportunities to gain and sustain employment.

Or you could work as a Customer Liaison apprentice, responsible for initial screening and developing relationships with customers and employers to gain and sustain employment.
