Chris, 36, is overseeing the refurbishments of council homes in Shiregreen, Sheffield, in a project being managed by Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) - although ‘refurbishment’ doesn’t quite cover it, ‘complete remodelling’ is nearer the mark. In total nearly 90 properties are being thoroughly refitted, from top to bottom.
