Promoting Apprenticeships
Research carried out by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS)) shows that over 80% of people are more likely to use a business if it offers Apprenticeships to young people and that 64% of consumers would use a register enabling them to choose a business that hires apprentices.
There are many ways in which you can promote that your business benefits from Apprenticeships by taking on apprentices.
Below are three ways in which you can do this.
Roll of Honour
The Roll of Honour showcases businesses who are committed to Apprenticeships. There are 100's of businesses on the Roll of Honour already as they recognise the business benefits they gain from employing apprentices.
If employ apprentices you could also be on the Roll of Honour. Simply email your business logo (e.g. .jpeg or .eps) to us at website@apprenticeships.gov.uk.

Employer Certificate
To help customers know which companies offer Apprenticeships, we are delighted to offer the Apprenticeship Employer Certificate.
The certificate recognises businesses for their commitment and support to Apprenticeships – and ensures their customers do too.
All employers who have apprentices are entitled to a certificate and can request their copy by emailing certificate@apprenticeships.gov.uk with details of the company name to be printed on the certificate and full contact details in the covering email to ensure the final certificate is sent back to the correct person.
The certificate will come back to you as a PDF in order for you to print off and display. This will also allow you to print off as many copies as you need.
