Offering each apprentice a personal development plan and a dedicated manager, the company continuously monitors and evaluates each apprentice’s progression, ensuring their full potential can be reached.
Apprentices at the practice learn new dental techniques as they happen and are an integral part of the practice’s development. They are key to helping it meet its targets set by the Primary Care Trust. Two of the practice’s senior staff began as apprentices, other apprentices have used the training as a springboard to go on to further training such as dental therapy.
