Considering an Engineering Apprenticeship?

Do you want to know if an Engineering Apprenticeship could be right for you?

If so, try out the Engineering Apprenticeship Career Matching Tool, launched by Jaguar Land Rover, BAE Systems and Rolls Royce, to help you make an informed choice.

Why use the tool?

It includes a quiz, links to complimentary resources, as well as a wide range of video-clips from current apprentices working for BAE Systems, Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls-Royce. These videos have been designed to answer commonly-asked questions, and give you a real idea of what life as an apprentice is really like. You will also receive your own personalised feedback and guidance report.

Based on real apprentice experiences

The online tool has been developed by Mendas Ltd, a firm of Business Psychologists, working in close collaboration with BAE Systems, Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls-Royce. The design has been underpinned by research conducted with a wide range of current engineering apprentices.

Diversity of the workforce is important to employers and the tool has also been designed to encourage people that may not have previously considered a career in engineering, to apply.
