Hospitality apprentice, Todd, has recently secured employment to progress on to a full Apprenticeship. He is a great ambassador for the Young Apprenticeship programme and represented his college at the Real Food Show at Earls Court in May, alongside celebrity chef Raymond Blanc.
Todd’s ambition is to become a head chef and run a busy kitchen of his own in the future.
