Sunè, originally from South Africa, has flown up the ranks since she joined the bakery, Martins Foods, in 2004. She has developed new products for major retailers including Asda and Sainsbury’s, helping the business expand its customer base.
Despite having started with no academic qualifications she has been accepted to study for an MSc in Food Safety at the University of Central Lancashire.
