Independent motor retailer, Cox of Torbay, is a family business managed by ex-apprentices. The company sees its Apprenticeship scheme as a successful two-way exchange as business capabilities have improved through the expert techniques the apprentices learn at college and bring into the company.
Having apprentices on board has inspired the rest of the workforce to undertake additional training.
