Rotherham-based Bramall Construction sees apprentices as the lifeblood of its business model, helping it to develop the necessary skills needed for the future.
In offering Apprenticeships, the business works closely with less advantaged groups allowing them the opportunity to turn their lives around. Apprentices from the business have also been encouraged to take part in the SkillBuild competition.
