Joel started his Apprenticeship after deciding he wanted to learn in a working environment. He has grown from strength to strength working in a ‘frontline’ job for the Anti-Social Behaviour Team at the City of Lincoln Council.
Studying a business and administration qualification, Joel not only manages a range of duties including investigating complaints, but has gone above and beyond working successfully on larger multi-agency projects.
