Hayley Tatum
Executive People Director, Asda
Hayley has worked in Retail all her working life, both in luxury goods in airport retailing and then over 20 years with Tesco. Hayley has worked her way up from the Checkouts to the Boardroom.
In August 2011 Hayley left Tesco to become Executive People Director at Asda.
Hayley is responsible for all aspects relating to making and keeping Asda a great place to work for current and future colleagues. She is also the Chief Ethics Officer for Asda.
Hayley has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
